A New General Real Time Optimizer: DCI Optimizer

　　Dynamic Correlation Integration (DCI) Optimizer is a real time optimal controller for continuous product process. It is based on a novel random process theory called Dynamic Correlation Integration. The DCI Optimizer is a model independent, strong disturbance rejection and robust controller and can be used to most continuous industry processes in facility way with little investment.

A New Real Time Optimizer for FCCU:DCI Optimizer Express for FCCU

　　The Dynamic Correlation Integration (DCI) Optimizer Express for FCCU is a novel real time optimizer designed for Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit ( FCCU) in refinery. Based on a new theory called “Dynamic Correlation Integration”, the optimizer could manipulate key operation variables of FCCU to maximize objectives such as yields of main product or benefit of the unit in real time. The DCI Optimizer Express for FCCU owns many attractive properties, for example it can adapt to unit changes in feed composition, catalyst, and equipment.
